Headquarters & Facilities
Our headquarters and R&D center are strategically located within the National-Level Shanghai Lingang Songjiang Science City. We operate a total construction area of approximately 31,000 square meters, including production plants, R&D centers, and office buildings, covering a total land area of nearly 60 acres (approx. 40,000 sqm). To support our manufacturing footprint, we have established production bases including the Huantuo Yonghuan Haian Factory in the National-Level Haian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, and additional facilities in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.
Leadership
Founder & Chairman: Mr. Zhang Yongdi
Born in Shanghai, Mr. Zhang is a graduate of Shanghai Dianji University, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a former Secretary of the Party Branch at the Asbestos Products Factory under Shanghai Electric Group, where he also served as a Mechanical Engineer. A pioneer in the friction material industry, he founded Shanghai Shuanghuan Clutch Co., Ltd. in 1998 to serve the Shanghai public transportation system. He subsequently established Shanghai Yonghuan Friction Material Co., Ltd. in July 2001 and Yancheng Yonghuan Mona Composite Materials Co., Ltd. in June 2006. Currently, he serves as an Executive Director of the Alumni Association Council of Shanghai Dianji University and Chairman of Shanghai Huantuo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
Current General Manager: Mr. Zhang Wangyong
Born in Shanghai, Mr. Zhang Wangyong holds dual bachelor's degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and Monash University (Australia), as well as an MBA in Smart Manufacturing from ISTEC Business School (France). With extensive experience in research and management within the advanced materials sector, he possesses unique insights and innovations regarding material mechanisms, processes, and control systems. He founded Shanghai Huantuo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. in 2016 and Shanghai Yonghuan Friction Material Haian Co., Ltd. in 2018, where he currently leads daily operations and strategic innovation.
