1958 Shanghai Asbestos Products Factory (a state-private jointventure) was officially established and commencedproduction. 
1983 Developed and launched elevator-specific asbestos brakeblocks based on the technical requirements of Britain'sMINTEX-2T.
2001 Shanghai Yonghuan Friction Material Co., Ltd. was registered and established. 
2002 Shanghai Yonghuan became the first enterprise in China to develop friction discs for forging presses. 
2006-2010 The Yancheng Jianhu factory was completed in phases and fully put into production. 
2015 Shanghai Yonghuan passed ISO/TS16949 system certification. 
2018-2021 The Hai'an factory and R&D center were fully completed. 
2024 The Shanghai Sales Center was officially launched, locatedin Shanghai G60 Science and Technology Innovation Buildng. 
2025 The Shanghai R&D Center was officially inaugurated,located in Lingang Songjiang Science and TechnologyCity, Shanghai.
